Due to an exciting internal move, our Compliance team is now seeking a **Head of Compliance** to play a critical role in our organisation.
**What awaits you?**
In this role you will be responsible for the protection of the integrity of the BMW Group, its assets, customers and employees. You will be charged with developing, setting up, maintaining and operating an effective local Compliance Management System.
Importantly you will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential compliance risks covering all aspects including Consumer Credit Protection, Fraud & Corruption Prevention, Anti-Money Laundering / Counter Terrorism Financing, Antitrust Compliance, Data Privacy Protection, Information Protection, Human Rights and Sanctions Compliance.
If being responsible for establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the compliance programs throughout the organisation are effective and efficient sounds appealing, then this is the perfect role for you!
**Qualifications & Experience**
A tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce/Law or related discipline is required and you will bring with you significant experience from a Financial Compliance / Financial Services related industry. You must have a strong working knowledge of NCCP, Anti-Money Laundering / Counter Terrorism Financing, Antitrust, Privacy, Modern Slavery, Fraud Management and Consumer Law. Finally, as this role leads a team of experienced compliance professionals, you will also have proven leadership experience.
