The Role
As a Senior Engagement Officer, you will play a key leadership position within the Branch. You will oversee and guide the day-to-day operational activities of a team to deliver high-quality services and policy implementation. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that performance measures for the team are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring multiple channels to engage and manage relationships with government partners.
* Developing content in collaboration with government partners, taking into consideration their preferences and standards.
* Conducting research and analysis in support of Government Engagement work program activities.
* Assisting in the preparation of reporting and presentations for the Agency, including cyclical reporting to relevant government agencies.
* Participating in the development and implementation of improvement projects to enhance NIAA's approach to government engagement.
* Establishing and maintaining productive relationships and inclusive networks with internal and external stakeholders.
