**Assistant Campus Manager x 2**
**Duration: 1 x 8 weeks and 1 x 12 Weeks (from commencement)**
**Pay Rate - $40/Hour + Super**
**ACT Canberra Location**
We are looking for a confident individual to support primarily the Campus Manager in the daily operations with core responsibilities for:
- Coordinating daily trade works
- Contributing to overseeing projects, issuing and receiving facility access keys
- Responding to facility related requests, opening buildings and disarming or arming alarms at the beginning or end of shifts.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- In collaboration with the Campus Manager, supervise and coordinate trades personnel and contractors engaged in the daily operation of the campus.
- Carry out regular maintenance and security inspections and through consultation with the Campus Manager, engage service contractors to undertake works.
- Monitor, review, and action requests for Facilities services including engaging contractors to undertake such services.
**What we are looking for**:
- Full working rights in Australia
- With experience in customer facing functions
- Robust ability to build professional relationships, liaise and communicate effectively with a highly diverse client base.
- This position will also include key fire warden responsibilities and will actively participate in and contribute to emergency management.
**This position is an immediate start and requires checks to clear before they can start on-site.**
