About the Role
RMIT University is inviting applications for a senior lecturer position within the School of Health and Biomedical Sciences.
This role is ideal for an established clinician-researcher who is motivated by teaching excellence, professional influence, and impactful research in clinical psychology.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
1. A PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
2. Endorsement as an AHPRA-approved registered clinical supervisor with expertise in clinical psychology.
3. A growing national research profile with high-quality publications.
4. Experience attracting research funding and leading projects or teams.
5. Demonstrated excellence in teaching at tertiary level.
6. Experience supervising Higher Degree by Research (HDR) students.
7. The ability to mentor colleagues and lead academic teams.
8. Strong communication skills and professional judgement.
9. A collaborative and values-driven leadership approach.
