About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Grade 2 Speech Pathologist to join a community allied health team in Shepparton, Victoria. This is ideally 6 month fixed term contract, however anywhere from a 12-week to 6 month commitment will be considered. Work with predominantly aged care and some NDIS participants at home to promote independence and safety Develop goals and care plans to assist clients in remaining at home and active in their local community Collaborate with other clinicians in the MDT to offer holistic care to clients referred Work with a diverse range of clients and health conditions. Work across funding streams such as HACC PYP, CHSP & possibly the NDIS (minimal, if any) Work with allied health assistants to undertake client care programs and equipment trials. Primarily home-based work with some opportunity for clinic appointments.
