We're looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to drive our New Homes division in Cambridgeshire.
You'll lead a motivated team, grow key developer relationships, and deliver outstanding results in one of the UK's most respected property groups.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach and inspire your team to hit and exceed targets.
Build lasting partnerships with developers and site teams.
Drive revenue, manage budgets, and maximise group performance.
Collaborate across divisions to generate referrals and new opportunities.
Represent with energy — in meetings, on site, and on camera.
What's on Offer
Basic salary: up to £30,000 (DOE)
OTE: £*****K + uncapped commission
Guaranteed income: up to £1,000/month for 6–12 months
