Now, we're seeking a Commercial Strategy & Performance Manager – Rental Solutions to join our team at the Mulgrave head office.

What you'll be doing (but not limited to)
Lead commercial analysis and performance reporting for Rental Solutions, including monthly KPI and business unit reporting.
Design, launch, and optimise financial models, pricing strategies, and competitor benchmarking frameworks.
Deliver deep commercial insight and decision support to senior management.
Drive change initiatives and commercial projects from scoping to execution, acting as project manager for improvement actions.
Develop and document business cases and board-level commercial papers.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business analytics and reporting practices.
Monitor and analyse leading economic indicators impacting key customer segments (resources, utilities, defence).
Support the development of annual budgets and strategic forecasts.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance, policy, and risk controls.
Manage and coach a direct report (Analyst – Rental Solutions).
What you'll bring
Degree qualified in Business or related discipline, with substantial relevant experience.
7+ years' proven experience in commercial strategy, analytics, and performance management (excluding internship and graduate roles).
Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and risk assessment skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver commercial outcomes across multiple concurrent projects.
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of continuous improvement.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Experience in financial modelling, pricing strategy, and competitor analysis.
Proven ability to develop business cases and commercial papers for senior audiences.
Commitment to safety, wellbeing, and corporate values.
Australian work authorisation is required for this role.
