TLH Recruitment is proudly representing one of Australia's largest Automotive Distributors based in Tullamarine, seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join their team
This position offers a temporary-to-permanent arrangement and involves providing Customer Service Support for all order related enquiries.

* Brand‑new accessible state‑of‑the‑art warehouse facility (Tullamarine)
* Temp to Perm opportunity (Weekly Pay)
* Monday – Friday $37.98 per hour
Responsibilities
* Action Short Supply and Stock Return Credits
* Investigating discrepancies
* Assisting in store complaints
* Actioning of enquiries and requests
* Monitor and track incoming requests, and conduct ongoing analysis of common issue types, communicating these back to key stakeholders
* Comply with all company policies and procedures
* Work with a wide range of team members and customers and respond to and co‑ordinate their requirements in time‑critical scenarios
Requirements
* Previous relevant customer service experience
* Exposure to fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
* Accurate and timely data entry skills
* Efficient with computers and technology
* Able to adapt to daily changes
* Able to pick up systems easily
* Ability to multitask and prioritise where necessary
