Job Description What you will be doing: Assisting the Night Manager to check and prepare reports statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures Balance Food Beverage point of sale transactions and credit card transactions to journal reports Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service Assist other departments with overnight duties as required to ensure a positive guest experience Qualifications What you will bring to the role: Previous Night Audit / Front Office experience Experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and Opera (or a related PMS system).
