A rare and exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Intensive Care Medicine Staff Specialist to join a busy, progressive, and well-supported ICU team in one of Queensland's most desirable coastal regions.
As a senior clinician within a multidisciplinary environment, you will:
Deliver high-quality specialist ICU care across a broad case mix
Provide leadership, clinical guidance and supervision to medical staff
Drive quality, safety and governance initiatives
Support education, training and development for doctors-in-training and other health professionals
Collaborate closely with the ICU Head of Department and consultant group
The ICU is fully accredited with CICM, ensuring excellent registrar support and a rich clinical and teaching environment.

Requirements
Applicants must have:
Fellowship of the College of Intensive Care Medicine (CICM), or
Eligibility for CICM Fellowship, or
An equivalent overseas specialist qualification suitable for registration with AHPRA (including UK CCT, Ireland CSCST, and comparable jurisdictions via the CICM SIMG pathway)
