RECEPTIONIST
We are currently seeking applications for a receptionist to be in the Darwin office. This is a permanent Full-Time position. The successful applicant will be friendly, polite with a can-do attitude, reliable and a team player.
What you will be doing:
* Effectively manage a high volume of calls
* Assist the Customer Support team with general cargo enquiries and bookings
* Prepare accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company requirements
* Provide general administration support to other departments, including but not limited to filing, photocopying, word processing, spreadsheet creation, accurate typing, and processing
* Timely and accurate completion of tasks given
What we require from you:
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Good administration skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Well-developed time management and organization skills
* Self-motivated
* Good Microsoft office skills
* Open car license (Highly desirable)
