The Role
This role offers a dynamic environment where you will provide high-level customer service and administrative support to researchers within the Graduate Research School.
You will respond to enquiries from potential and existing students, providing them with information and support throughout their candidature.
About the Team
The Graduate Research School supports Higher Degree Research candidates through all stages of their research journey, including commencement, research progress reviews, and thesis preparation.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our HDR community
* Responding to enquiries from potential and existing students
* Supporting researchers within the Graduate Research School

* Outstanding time management, organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to interpret complex policies and legislation for diverse stakeholders
