Operating from a well-equipped facility in Carole Park, Brisbane, the company is known for its strong focus on quality, safety, and operational discipline.
We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Production Machine Operators for a permanent full-time role.
This is a hands-on position involving the operation and basic maintenance of a variety of mechanical production equipment.
You’ll join a stable and supportive team with a solid track record of long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a range of machinery and equipment including (Presses, furnaces, grinders, welders, cutters, paint line, packing equipment)
- Load/unload products and assist with stacking product
- Monitor product quality and report any faults
- Record production output accurately
- Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Machine operating experience (or similar mechanical/production skills)
- Mechanically minded with a willingness to learn
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Proven reliability and strong work ethic
- Safety-focused with good communication skills
