About the Role As ourServices Manager, you'll report directly to the CEO and oversee a diverse and dedicated team—including Scheduling, Support Coordination, Administration and our Support Worker team. You'll bring both clinical expertise and strong operational acumen to ensure participants receive the supports they need in a safe, ethical, and coordinated way.This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, RN registration is essential. What You'll Be Doing Providing clinical governance and oversight of high-intensity supports Coaching and supervising multidisciplinary teams Driving quality outcomes aligned with NDIS Practice Standards Leading workforce development and service planning Supporting compliance, safeguarding, and incident response Ensuring ethical separation of services to manage conflict of interest Monitoring scheduling, coverage, and alignment with participant needs What You'll Need Essential: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Leadership background in disability, health, or community services Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and high-intensity supports Experience managing teams and operational systems NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid & CPR Desirable: Understanding of rostering and workforce planning in the disability sector Clinical education, quality, or leadership training Experience contributing to NDIS audits or quality reviews #J-18808-Ljbffr
