Due to recent company growth, this leading Healthcare provider is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their team on a permanent or temporary basis.
Working in a small, fun & cooperative team, the Medical Receptionist will be responsible for supporting the medical billings of services provided by the practice.
Your key responsibilities will include;
First point of contact for all patients visiting the centre.
Billing and direct debits for all clients across all sites
Liaise with various stakeholders including patients, Hospitals, Medicare, Health Funds etc
Following up on overdue accounts
Process refund requests, credit & debit notes and missed payments
Other adhoc duties relating to reception
To be successful for this role you will have ideally held a Medical Reception or Administration role where you have been responsible for Medicare or Private healthcare billings. You will have excellent communication skills, an upbeat, outgoing personality and lead by example.
