Reporting to the Equipment Manager, you'll be working across a variety of different onshore and offshore projects from our production facility in Henderson and will complete the following duties:
* Carry out the installation, maintenance, fault finding and repair of electrical equipment across both production facilities
* Interface with Project Managers, Coordinators & offshore RPE's to provide technical advice, support and functional information for seamless project execution
* Planning, resourcing and procurement of both workshop & offshore electrical equipment
* Provide compliant, fit‑for‑purpose EX rated electrical equipment and solutions for hazardous area project scopes
* Lead pre & post project equipment inspections and liaise with client third‑party inspectors
* Oversee quarterly test & tagging of facility electrical equipment
You must be willing to undertake a pre‑employment medical and drug and alcohol screening prior to commencement.
Minimum requirements include:
* 5 + years' experience working as a qualified Electrician
* Construction White Card
* Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA) – Currency within 5 years (desired)
* RIIWHS204E Working Safely at Heights or equivalent
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel), familiarity with ERP and CMMS systems (desired)
* Oil & Gas Industry knowledge and experience (desired)
* A National Police Check
