About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrician to join our Metropolitan Concrete Maintenance Team at Heidelberg Materials. This full-time, permanent position offers a variety of tasks and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities
1. Preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance on batching plants, conveyors, motors, PLCs and control systems
2. Fault finding and reducing unplanned downtime
3. Supporting plant upgrades and continuous improvement projects
4. E nsuring compliance with WHS legislation, Australian electrical standards and internal safety protocols
Collaborating with production teams to minimise disruption Maintaining accurate service records
Requirements:
Necessary Qualifications & Skills:
5. New South Wales Electrical Trade Qualification. Tertiary qualifications in Electronics or related field is preferred but not essential!
High Risk Work Licence (e.g., EWP)
