A Venue Manager is sought after to lead daily operations in an ultra-premium environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a service culture defined by discretion, anticipation, and balance.
The successful Venue Manager will work closely with ownership to shape rituals, service standards, and the member journey. They will also manage and develop a polished team, oversee premium beverage programs, and maintain an impeccable atmosphere, presentation, and standard of professionalism.
This role requires presence, refinement, and delivering an exceptional experience.
* Experience in luxury hospitality, including five-star hotels, private members' clubs, high-end lounges, or premium boutique venues.
* A composed host accustomed to high-net-worth and A-list clientele.
* Strong knowledge of beverages, ideally WSET Level 2.
* An appreciation for premium whisky, wines, and elevated service rituals.
* Skilled in leading small, high-performing teams in intimate settings.
* Detail-driven, discreet, polished, and consistent.
