- Deliver exceptional support in all activities.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, families, carers, and other professionals from diverse backgrounds.
- Protect, promote, and uphold the rights of people with a disability.
- Lead client supervision and implement community-based programs.
- Assist with planning and implementing weekly timetables.
- Meet individual personal care needs of clients, including administering medication as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certificate IV in Community Services (Disability) and relevant experience or tertiary qualifications are highly valued.
