Job Overview:
The APG Workforce is currently seeking a skilled Service Professional to work on a 3-month contract within a government sector in Singleton, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing information about upcoming government initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality customer service standards and business requirements.
* Build positive relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions, maintaining a professional and friendly manner, and ensuring client satisfaction as a priority.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and good computer skills to effectively use online technology.
* Collaborate as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
* Proven customer service experience.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good computer skills – able to quickly adapt to systems.
* Able to clear a police check.
Working Conditions:
* Flexible shifts between 9am - 5pm, working a 5-day roster across Monday - Sunday.
* Locations: Broke, Whittingham, and Bulga.
Note: This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a police check prior to commencement.
