ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a Supervisor with experience in road maintenance who is comfortable working predominantly night shift. This role suits someone who enjoys a steady routine, clearer work zones and less traffic disruption. You'll coordinate crews, work with subcontractors and traffic control, and maintain clear communication with clients.
DUTIES
Lead and supervise night shift operations
Plan work activities and organise crews, subcontractors and traffic control
Maintain professional and positive client communication
Complete site diaries and general paperwork
Assist with work programming to keep progress on track
Organise subcontractors and site teams efficiently
Ensure OHS standards and company procedures are followed
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in road maintenance works
Understanding of TfNSW specifications
Comfortable working night shift on a consistent basis
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident leadership and people management ability
