Drive Sales Growth and Profitability
Sales managers play a vital role in driving growth and profitability by developing and executing sales plans. As a sales manager, you will oversee the sales team and analyze state sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute customer growth plans focusing on key customers
• Target top 10 state end users with growth plans
• Coach and support the sales team to ensure disciplined sales execution
• Expand margins through directional selling and manage product mix
Requirements:
• Experience in strategic sales and customer relationship development
• Previous experience in a leadership position within a sales or similar environment
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to analyze sales performance and drive margin expansion
• Experience using various computer systems such as Microsoft, SharePoint, Salesforce or similar
• Ability to train and coach team members on features and benefits of products
• Experience or exposure in the Tool Industry, Construction or similar would be highly regarded
