We're looking for a proactive Project Administrator to play a key role in supporting our Urban Development team across the project lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward‐thinking consultancy where your work will directly contribute to the delivery of exciting, long‐term rewarding projects on the Sunshine Coast.

This will be a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

What you'll be doing:

* Provide administrative and project support to Project Managers and leaders
* Assist with bids, tenders, and proposals, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
* Support project controls including invoicing, scheduling, supplier engagement, timesheets, and reporting
* Maintain accurate records through our CRM system and ensure projects meet governance and quality requirements
* Build positive relationships with internal teams, external clients, and stakeholders
* Promote strong health, safety, and environmental practices across projects

Qualifications:

* Experience in an administration role
* Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, professional, and collaborative approach to your work
