SPK Seaside Café in Mornington is on the lookout for a reliable and enthusiastic Larder Chef / Sandwich Hand to join our fun, fast-paced team.
The Role
* Casual position with regular shifts

What You'll Do
* Prepare and assemble sandwiches, salads and light lunch items
* Run the larder section efficiently during service
* Assist with snack and simple evening service when required
* Maintain high standards of food presentation and consistency
* Support the Head Chef and broader kitchen team
* Manage prep, stock rotation and workstation organisation
* Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
* Previous kitchen or café experience (larder/sandwich experience ideal)
* Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
* Availability for weekend shifts and at least one evening
* Strong attention to detail and food safety awareness
* Positive attitude, reliability and good communication skills
