We're currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in a high-impact leadership role, partnering closely with the General Manager to drive business performance and strategic decision-making.

About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will take ownership of financial performance and play a key role in shaping business outcomes.
You will:
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Provide clear, data-driven insights to support commercial decisions
* Own month-end processes, P&L, and financial accuracy
* Manage cash flow, credit, and financial risk
* Drive continuous improvement across systems and processesLead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team
About you
* Proven experience as a Finance Manager / Business Controller
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders
* Confident leader with a track record of building capability and accountability
* Hands‐on approach with the ability to operate in a fast‐paced environment
* CPA or CA qualified (or equivalent)
