Job Description
Processing end‑to‑end payroll on a fortnightly basis
Ensuring compliance with tax, superannuation, and statutory reporting
Preparing month‑end journals, reconciliations, and year‑end reporting
Troubleshooting payroll and superannuation queries
Analysing payroll variances and supporting Finance with insights
Assisting with systems updates, testing, and enhancements
Identifying and implementing payroll process improvements
Supporting HR with general administrative tasks when required
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Payroll Officer Should Have
5+ years' experience in payroll processing within the accounting and finance field.
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and award interpretations.
Strong working knowledge of ADP Payforce, UKG Kronos or SAP
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
