What You'll Be Doing
* Managing and delivering cadastral and engineering survey projects from field to final output
* Conducting fieldwork, calculations, data processing and project oversight
* Supporting the Survey Manager with planning, resourcing and staff mentoring
* Building positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Contributing to a collaborative team culture that values growth and shared success
What You Bring
* Degree in spatial science and current registration with the QLD Surveyors Board
* Cadastral endorsement in Queensland (or ability to transfer from another state or NZ)
* Minimum 5 years' experience across diverse surveying projects
* Strong project management, communication and mentoring skills
* Experience with Trimble instruments and 12D software highly regarded
* Enthusiastic, team‐first approach with a passion for quality and outcomes
* Right to work in Australia (RPS does not offer sponsorship)
