Join YNLHN as an Administration Manager at the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, where you will play a key role in managing Executive Administration services within the Office of the Chief Executive Officer (OCEO).
This full-time, ongoing position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful healthcare outcomes while developing your career in a supportive public health environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Management and Leadership of Administration staff within Corporate Affairs.
* Developing, implementing and maintaining effective and efficient administration services for the OCEO including management of correspondence and stakeholder relationships.
* Coordinate Board Standing Committee meetings, prepare agendas and maintain comprehensive records.
* Support strategic planning initiatives and policy development.
* Liaise with internal departments and external healthcare partners.
* Oversee administrative processes and ensure compliance with electronic and manual records management systems and health sector requirements.
* Support the Manager Corporate Affairs to ensure a professional efficient administration service for the OCEO and Governing Board.
About You
* Proven experience in supervising and managing staff.
* Proven experience in senior administrative or executive support roles.
* Proven experience in effective Committee Management.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management.
* Understanding of governance processes and public sector operations preferred.
