About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Payroll and HR Assistant to join our growing team. This is a critical role where attention to detail, compliance knowledge, and client service are key.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients
* Interpretation and application of modern awards and the National Employment Standards (NES)
* Maintaining accurate employee records and leave balances
* Assisting with HR administration and compliance tasks
* Providing timely and professional client support
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring:
* Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration
* A working knowledge of modern awards, the NES, and Fair Work compliance
* Excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy
* Strong communication skills and a professional approach
* Experience with cloud payroll systems, microsoft and emerging technologies
