Job Title: Dry Goods Manager
This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of a grocery department, which includes all non-fresh products in store. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring that the store is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members and community.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
* Ensure Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
