* Provide generalist HR support across the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
* Manage HR systems and processes, ensuring seamless maintenance of HRIS and SharePoint.
* Prepare employee contracts and variations, maintain confidential employee records, and manage policies and procedures matrix.
* Facilitate onboarding activities and support collection and preparation for internal & external reporting purposes.
* Support compliance with relevant Industrial instruments and obligations under the Fair Work Act.

About You
* Proven experience as a Human Resources Coordinator or similar role.
* Strong generalist HR knowledge and experience across the employee life cycle.
* Ability to provide timely and credible advice on HR policy and performance management.
* Proficiency in HRIS, Sharepoint, and reporting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with the People & Culture Team and key stakeholders.
