Job Title: ICT Support Officer
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Communication Technology (ICT) Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and training to staff on desktop and software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records of the school's ICT systems and equipment across multiple sites
* Research and identify appropriate ICT hardware, software, and infrastructure
* Coordinate and support telephones, mobile telephones, and other portable electronic devices across multiple sites
* Update internal user systems access, roles, information, and system permissions as required
* Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external and internal stakeholders for provision of services and resolution of issues
Requirements:
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience maintaining and managing network systems
* Sound analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to identify appropriate solutions
* Organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and identify priorities
* Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients
* Practical experience in developing and implementing user-training
