Role With exceptional employment law experience you are seeking a role that will also enable you to utilise your commercial acumen, strong supervisory and people and financial management skills. You will be adept at managing, coaching and supervising teams. You will be innately commercial with the ability to lead a team and grow the business. You will be managing a team of 10-15 employment lawyers defending client claims, with a focus on unfair dismissal, general protection claims, sexual harassment, bullying, age discrimination and under payment claims. Reporting to the Director of Legal Services, your ability to lead, influence and motivate others will be second nature as is your positive approach to a busy workload and strong team ethic.
