QLS has a full time opportunity for a Professional & Specialist Education Manager to join our Education team. The Education team delivers innovative programs and learning opportunities that support an ethical, skilled and future-ready legal profession in Queensland.
You will lead the design and delivery of specialist and professional education programs and events to build capability and recognition in Queensland's legal profession.
In this role you will:
* Design and deliver structured learning frameworks and certification pathways.
* Oversee major education events including Symposium and Specialist Conference Week.
* Develop blended learning solutions across digital, online and in-person formats.
* Lead specialist accreditation programs and manage Advisory Committees.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, committees and subject matter experts.
Ideally you will have the following:
* Tertiary qualifications in law and education (postgraduate highly desirable).
* Experience designing learning frameworks and managing complex education programs.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
* Proficiency in digital learning technologies and collaborative platforms.
* Demonstrated leadership capability with experience developing high-performing teams.
