The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the senior maintenance management team to manage multiple high-profile commercial sites.
You will lead a skilled and dedicated team of maintenance professionals, supported by clear communication and mentorship from the Maintenance Managers.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule weekly tasks
* Manage a team of up to 10 staff members
* Delegate responsibilities effectively
* Liaise with clients and external stakeholders
* Procurement of equipment and resources
* Engage with the local community
* Perform hands-on maintenance and horticultural work
* Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager
The Requirements
* Certificate III in Horticulture OR Parks & Gardens
* 5+ years' experience within the landscape maintenance industry
* Strong managerial and organisational skills
