About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring compliance, profitability, and exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead a dynamic team and drive business growth through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate Trainers and Office Staff to deliver outstanding service.
* Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
* Oversee financial reporting and keep the team updated on progress.
* Induct students, manage attendance, and maintain accurate records.
* Validate trainer folders and check HRW assessment results.
* Handle banking and administrative tasks.
* Identify growth opportunities and lead projects to improve branch performance.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar management role.
* Background in Vocational Education (VET), retail, or service industries.
* A dynamic leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage change and drive results.
* Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach.
* Experience in sales and achieving targets.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for excellence.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
* Previous RTO experience is highly advantageous.
