At St Johns in Wangaratta, we're not just looking for another EN to fill a roster. We want someone who actually cares about residents, about teamwork, and yes, about good coffee on a night shift. We have 4-5 weekly permanent shifts on offer for AM, PM and Nights.
Why Wangaratta?
Because it's the best of both worlds: vineyards and mountains out the back door, Melbourne a road trip away. Oh, and our community? Small enough to know your neighbours, big enough to have a Bunnings.
Why Us?
We're Respect Aged Care, a not-for-profit organisation since 1922. We exist for one reason: to make sure older Australians live with dignity, belonging, and respect. And at St Johns, we're doing it with a whole lot of heart.
The role

* Support residents and families by conducting assessments and maintaining clear documentation.
* Contribute to care planning and ACFI assessments.
* Administer medications safely and in line with policy.
* Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to promote resident wellbeing.
You'll Need

* A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
Desirable:
* Familiarity with aged care compliance and accreditation.
* Knowledge of the Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI).
* Strong documentation and clinical skills.
What's In It For You
* Competitive pay + not-for-profit salary packaging (extra $$ in your pocket).
* Training and career growth, we invest in you.
* A workplace culture that's more "family BBQ" than corporate boardroom.
* A career in a sector that isn't going anywhere.
* The chance to actually matter every single shift.
If you want a nursing job where you're more than just a name on a roster, where the residents know you by heart, and where you can feel proud walking out the door at the end of the shift; this is it
