This not-for-profit organisation works to improve the lives of people living within the community and, due to continuous growth, they are seeking a qualified and experienced senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their team immediately on a temporary basis as they embrace this new period of progression into the new year.
**Your current role**
Your role as the Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for establishing productive partnerships with business unit leaders and to facilitate the delivery of People and Culture services to the Organisation through the identification and implementation of contemporary People and Culture strategies, principles, and processes, which are designed to support the achievement of the relevant business unit's organisational objectives, in collaboration with the wider People and Culture team. The role will deliver a strong contribution to the provision of an efficient and effective industrial and employee relations service across all required processes in a complex environment which, in turn, contributes to the strategic objectives of the department.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Build and maintain effective and collaborative business partnerships and relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the alignment of all HR systems, processes, and programs to achieve strategic and operational business success consistent with the departments values.
- Ensure business leaders are provided with timely and accurate HR information and reports to aid timely and informed decision making.
- Ensure people management practices are ethical and aligned with the enterprise strategy and programs
- Contribute and support execution to the design, development, implementation and review of People and Culture strategies, policies, and programs across the organisation.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of contemporary Human Resource development, initiatives, and methodologies, evolving legislative requirements and industry and best practice trends.
