Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 + performance incentives
We are a fast-scaling hospitality group operating multiple high-performing QSR restaurants with strong state and national expansion plans.
We are now seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our multi-unit operations and drive the next phase of growth.
This is a senior leadership role with clear authority, ownership, and accountability across operational performance, people leadership, financial outcomes, and expansion execution.
You will oversee 3 existing corporate stores while leading the rollout of new franchise locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day performance across multiple units, ensuring consistent standards in quality, service, and operational efficiency
Build, lead, and develop high-performance store leadership teams
Manage P&L, cost control, labour planning, and financial reporting across all sites
Drive opening of new stores, including hiring, training, operational setup, and launch execution
Establish and refine SOPs, operational frameworks, training systems, and team culture
Work closely with leadership to scale into new regions and expand the franchise network
RequirementsProven experience in multi-unit hospitality or QSR leadership (3–10+ sites ideal)
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing P&L and scaling operations
Ability to recruit, manage, and develop leadership pipelines
Comfortable in fast-moving, high-growth environments with evolving systems and structures
Operationally hands-on, process-driven, disciplined, and execution-focused
