Edison Property is seeking a Sales Administrator to provide essential support to our Residential Sales team.This role offers the opportunity to play an integral part in our business while working in a collaborative and professional environment.About the roleAs our Sales Administrator, you will provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of our residential sales operations.
From assisting clients to managing sales administration, you will be the go-to person who helps our team deliver outstanding service.Key responsibilitiesManage banking receipting, reconciliation, paying, and coding invoices related to residential sales properties.Assist sellers and buyers with contracts, VPA, and sales deposits.Manage property sales from listings through to settlement.Provide administrative and customer service support to the residential sales team.Attend and contribute to sales meetings.Prepare brochures, signboards, and sales information packages for agents prior to home opens.Process DLC payments prior to settlement.Update the listings and "under offer" electronic display board.Manage scheduling, booking appointments, and coordinating client meetings.Assist with the preparation of sales reports, marketing materials, and presentations.Maintain accurate client records and update the company's CRM system.Support the sales team with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks.Assist reception with customer service, including answering calls, handling keys, and liaising with contractors, clients, owners, and tenants.Provide hospitality support and assist reception when required.Carry out post office runs when required.What we're looking forProven experience in sales administration and customer service, ideally in real estate or sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.Demonstrated resourcefulness and critical thinking skills.Confidence in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.A positive, proactive, and flexible approach.Ability to work to strict deadlines.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.What we offerA competitive remuneration package.Hybridwork arrangementsOpportunities for professional development and career growth.Being part of a dynamic and respected property company.About usEdison Property Pty Ltd is a leading property company in Western Australia, specialising in high-quality residential and commercial projects.
