We are seeking a talented junior lawyer to join our highly renowned Public Sector practice group in Sydney. Our team acts for government departments and agencies on dispute resolution and litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Dispute resolution and litigation, tort claims and administrative law matters such as judicial review and merits review;
* Royal commissions, inquiries and inquests;
You will also have opportunities to deepen your client relationship skills through client secondments.
Facts About the Role
The role requires 2-3 years PQE with a strong academic record. Experience with a sound technical understanding of litigation gained in a reputable commercial law firm or judge's associateship is ideal.
