Phoenix Civil & Earthmoving is a growing Western Australian civil construction company delivering bulk earthworks, road construction and infrastructure projects across the Great Southern. Due to continued project wins, we are seeking experienced and motivated Plant Operators to join our team.
We are currently recruiting operators for:
* Moxy / Articulated Dump Truck
* Excavator
* Roller (padfoot, Flat Drum & multi-tyre)
* Water Cart
* Dozer
Please Note these roles are for Albany & Surrounding residents only - No Accommodation provided
Key Responsibilities
* Operate plant safely and efficiently in accordance with site requirements
* Carry out daily pre-starts and basic machine maintenance
* Work collaboratively with supervisors and other operators to achieve production targets
* Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and environmental compliance
About You
You will ideally have:
* Relevant plant operating tickets / VOCs
* Demonstrated experience in civil earthworks or road construction
* A strong safety mindset and reliable work ethic
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction
* White Card (Construction Induction)
* Current HR Drivers License
