Executive Assistant to Deputy Chief Executive

Responsibilities

- Provide executive support including diary management, travel, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and coordinate agendas, reports, correspondence, and ministerial briefings.
- Act as the first point of contact for senior stakeholders with professionalism.
- Prioritise and escalate urgent matters, offering clear solutions.
- Build solid working relationships across the department and with external partners.
