About the Role The Operational Support Services team within our Telecommunications division is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Workforce Planning Administrator to join us. In this key role, you will provide vital administrative support to the Performance and Forecasting Planner, contributing to enhanced operational performance and success while elevating the overall customer experience. This position is ideal for someone eager to develop or refine their workforce forecasting and planning expertise. Nature of position: Fixed Term Contract until 31 August 2025 Location: VIC Reporting Line: Resource Planning and Optimisation Manager Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule workforce activities based on client forecasts, ensuring all compliance documentation is current and accurate. Support the analysis of historical data, business trends, and operational needs to assist in developing precise workforce demand forecasts. Collaborate with the planner to evaluate contract performance and workforce capabilities, identify skill gaps, and contribute to the development of strategies for improvement. Facilitate the onboarding of new technicians and handle associated administrative tasks. About You: 1–2 years of experience in planning and resourcing within a busy and fast-paced work environment. Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate to advanced level. Strong numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and tell a compelling story through analytics. Familiarity with process improvement initiatives and a willingness to support implementation efforts. Eagerness to learn and assist with reporting activities using tools such as Power BI.
