Options Consulting Group is representing a leading packaging manufacturer that supplies many of Australia’s most recognised brands across food, beverage and industrial markets. With quality and service at the centre of their success, they are seeking a commercial sales leader to manage key accounts across Victoria and New South Wales.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will take ownership of a portfolio of high-value customers, delivering tailored packaging solutions that meet operational and strategic needs. You will forecast demand, identify opportunities for growth, manage contract cycles and collaborate with internal teams to maintain the highest standards of quality, service and delivery.
You bring strong B2B sales or account management experience, ideally within packaging or manufacturing. You are commercially astute, relationship-driven and thrive in environments where long-term partnerships, service and responsiveness underpin results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own key accounts, grow trusted partnerships, and lead with confidence in a role that blends commercial impact with customer focus.
- Deliver tailored packaging solutions that meet operational and strategic needs.
- Forecast demand, identify opportunities for growth, manage contract cycles.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain the highest standards of quality, service and delivery.
Requirements:
- Robust B2B sales or account management experience, ideally within packaging or manufacturing.

What We Offer:
- Base pay range: A$120,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr
