About The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Radiographer who is ready to take the next step in their career as the CT Lead for Tasmania. This leadership role will have responsibility for the CT modality across Tasmania and will involve scanning alongside developing CT governance and ensuring training processes are standardised.
This is a full-time role based out of our Hobart clinics. Part-time applicants will also be considered.
Attractive relocation & retention bonuses are available for candidates who are based interstate.
You will be responsible for
* The clinical leadership of the CT Radiographer workforce across the state
* Performing CT scans alongside other modalities as required
* Leading the design, development, and delivery oversight of CT training programs, fostering continuous learning and improvement
* Contributing to quality and safety initiatives
* Driving operational excellence
* Overseeing professional development and training of Radiographers
* Supporting recruitment and retention efforts
* Driving innovative and strategic initiatives
* Providing excellent customer service and fostering teamwork among clinical staff, maintaining professional relationships with Radiologists, referrers, and support staff
* Promoting high standards of patient care and service in line with company policies and values
You will have
* Significant CT modality experience across various machines and platforms
* Deep knowledge of CT governance, resources, and systems
* Strong business and commercial acumen
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
* Experience in developing and implementing training resources
* Effective communication and professionalism
* Good teamwork and peer relationship skills
* AHPRA Registration
