Hive + Wellness, home to Capilano and a growing portfolio of brands enjoyed in more than 35 countries, is looking for a digitally‐savvy, culturally connected marketer to lead how our brands show up across social, digital, creators, PR and culture.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong background in social, digital, content or influencer marketing who is ready to take the next step into broader brand leadership, innovation and FMCG marketing.

What You'll Lead

Social, Creator & Community Leadership

  • Lead the social ecosystem end-to-end across strategy, content, community and creators
  • Build platform‐native content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms
  • Identify and build partnerships with creators, influencers, brands and communities that help Capilano participate authentically in culture
  • Lead social listening, trend spotting and rapid‐response content opportunities
  • Drive community engagement, PR opportunities and brand reputation management across digital and earned channels
  • Identify new platforms, content formats and engagement opportunities that strengthen brand relevance

Brand Leadership & Growth

  • Help shape the future direction of Capilano across Australia and international markets
  • Develop and deliver integrated brand campaigns that drive relevance, reach and commercial outcomes
  • Translate consumer, cultural and category insights into brand activity that builds long‐term equity
  • Manage additional portfolio brands and identify opportunities to accelerate their growth and relevance.

Innovation & Commercial Delivery

  • Identify emerging consumer, food and wellness trends and translate them into new products, partnerships and brand experiences
  • Lead product innovation and renovation initiatives from concept through to market launchPartner closely with Sales to support customer strategy, retail activation and shopper marketing initiatives
  • Manage marketing budgets and evaluate performance to maximise return on investment
  • Use data, insights and consumer behaviour to inform decisions and prioritise opportunities

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience leading social, digital, creator, content or brand marketing for consumer‐facing brands
  • A genuine passion for food, cooking, wellness, consumer trends or creator culture
  • Strong understanding of social behaviours, digital culture and emerging consumer trends
  • Proven ability to build and execute platform‐native content strategies
  • Experience working with creators, influencers, communities and agency partners
  • Strong creative judgement and the ability to assess and refine ideas, content and campaigns
  • Commercial curiosity and an interest in understanding how brands grow, not just how content performs
  • Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • A proactive mindset and a track record of identifying opportunities and driving them through to execution
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies and tools, including AI
  • Experience in FMCG is advantageous, but not essential
