Role Description
We are seeking an experienced
Change Manager
to lead and implement change management activities for a strategic Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) transformation initiative. This role will work closely with project teams, business SMEs, and stakeholders to drive successful adoption of new frameworks, processes, and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement forums and working groups.
* Manage project communications including newsletters, emails, and presentations.
* Build and enable a network of SMEs and change agents.
* Support business process re-engineering and documentation for future state design.
* Align change plans with the overarching Change Management Strategy.
* Assess change impacts across roles, processes, technology, and culture.
* Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans for each release.
* Provide regular updates to project leadership.
* Track adoption, utilisation, and proficiency of changes.
* Develop and deliver training programs in collaboration with the GRC solution vendor.
* Conduct workshops and provide post-implementation support to end users.
Required Qualifications:
· Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
· 5–7 years' experience in Change Management within medium to large enterprises.
· Experience in business transformation enabled by SaaS enterprise applications (e.g., GRC, ERP, HRMS, CRM).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to support business process change and produce transition artefacts.
· Familiarity with enterprise software implementation lifecycles.
· Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and tailor communication effectively.
· Experience in tracking change progress and stakeholder engagement.
· Exposure to digital adoption tools is highly desirable.
