* Execute onsite deployment of ManageEngine across assigned airport locations
* Set up local distribution points (PCs) as per provided documentation
* Deploy images, drivers, applications, and patch packages
* Validate deployment touchpoints and ensure successful rollout
Site Coordination & Execution
* Coordinate with SITA local FE/CSO teams and stakeholders
* Execute deployments within approved maintenance windows
Reporting & Documentation
* Share daily progress reports until completion
* Generate validation and sign‐off reports
* Coordinate with SMEs for issue resolution
Post-Deployment Transition
* Support knowledge transfer to operations teams
* Provide complete documentation for handover
Scope of Deployment
* Endpoint volumes ranging from ~100 to ~850 per site
* Approx. 1 week per site (based on deployment window and size)
Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)
* Strong knowledge of: Patch Management, Software/Application Deployment, Experience working with endpoint management tools (ManageEngine or similar like SCCM, Intune, etc.)
Ability to:
* Follow structured deployment documentation
* Set up local distribution points
* Perform validation and reporting
* Willingness and ability to travel extensively across sites
* Strong troubleshooting and basic networking understanding
* Good communication skills for coordination with onsite and remote teams
Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have)
* Prior experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central
* Experience working in airport / aviation / secure environments
* Exposure to SaaS-based deployment environments
* Understanding of ITIL processes
* Experience in handling multi-country / APAC deployments
* Ability to work independently in low-support environments
* Experience in generating deployment dashboards or advanced reports
Travel & Compliance
* Extensive travel required across deployment locations
* Must comply with airport security and access requirements
* SITA/local teams will assist with access and coordination
