We are seeking to establish a pool of Program Coordinator's for permanent and fixed term, full‑time and part‑time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Located in Southwest Byford, we are an Independent Public School catering for children from Kindergarten to Year 6. The Role

Suitable applicants, in collaboration with the Principal and members of the administration team, will provide educational leadership in the school and the community by developing and promoting the school vision, and encouraging school staff, volunteers from the community and others to share ownership of the school's vision and goals. You should provide direct educational leadership to our Specialist Teachers. You will contribute to the development of the school plan through participative decision making, including assisting in developing policy and establishing and maintaining systems. A background in embedding Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) in Kindergarten to Year 6 would be advantageous.

Suitable applicants would establish and manage the administrative and operational systems in the relevant area of responsibility to ensure the effective operation of the school within departmental policy and guidelines, such as coordinating relief, evacuation processes and rosters.
